Robert has owned a real estate investment and management firm for 14 years.  In that time, he has purchased and sold millions in real estate and currently manages a portfolio of income-producing properties. In addition, Robert had previously been licensed in financial markets in passing the Series 3, 6, 63, & 7 designations while working as an independent financial professional and currency analyst. Additionally, Robert has worked full-time in the technology industry as a systems administrator, systems auditor, and information security professional over the past 17 years. Robert currently holds a Masters of Science in Information Security Assurance while holding several IT industry best-practice certifications. He currently consults global technology clients on matters of information security and privacy.  Robert currently focuses his investment strategies on the commodities and basic materials markets, with additional interests in the real estate and technology & security fields. From time to time, he may pen an article relating to macro-economics and the politics of economics and finance with respect to their affect on the individual investor. less
