I think that most investors can agree that performing careful due diligence on an investment is a necessity. What investors cannot seem to agree on, though, is what constitutes “due diligence.”

Today I used Barchart to find the Large Cap Stocks with the best technical indicators and charts. First I sorted the S&P 500 Large Cap Index for technical indicators, then I used the Flipchart feature to review the charts.

The highest scoring names in large cap from 1 year ago (1/29/2013) returned 334 bps more than the S&P 500. The best performers have been YHOO up 92%, BSX up 88%, and LNKD up 75%.
