The GDX/COPX ratio has broken above the 50 & 200 day moving averages and is still going.

When this ratio is heading south, GDJX is weaker than GDX.

Gold cannot be kept down forever, however, and once the bottom is in, those miners that have survived will be in an enviable position, able to buy lucrative assets at bargain prices.

There are a couple of hurdles miners (by way of the GDX fund) need to get past in order to not simply roll over yet again and flop lower.
