The average mid cap score is 67.08, above the four week moving average score of 60.21.

Not only did the large caps finally shows some vulnerability, but small caps are now looking like they are in a full-blown correction from their highs reached back in July.

With limited opportunities to buy low, I’ve become quite frustrated. However, this doesn’t mean there are no opportunities for a conservative investor.

Of the 1,500 component Companies in the Large Cap / Mid Cap and Small Cap, currently the ratios of Bullish and Bearish Companies are (on balance) growing ever more negative (Bearish) while the market ascends often to new highs.
