It is amazing to look back over the years to see how our modern web browsers have evolved from the earliest versions of Mosaic, all the way to modern versions of Google Chrome. What’s even more interesting is the way these browsers make money.

As the web browser story continues, let’s look back for a moment to see how they evolved. The idea that history repeats itself doesn’t apply to browsers; after all, the point is to make them better, not go back to the over-simplistic approach of days gone by. Today’s browsers have to work great on a myriad of devices and platforms. The challenge is to provide innovative features that users want, like voice-activated searches, for example.
