Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index to find the stocks with the best technical indicators and charts.  I first sort for frequency of new highs in the last month, eliminate the stock that did't have positive results for the last week and month and used the Flipchart feature to leave out the stocks with charts I didn't like.

After the sort my list includes Digital Generation (DGIT), Matrix Service Co (MTRX), Stillwater Mining (SWC), Papa John's International (PZZA), and Emcor Group (EME):
