In all kinds of trading, we have to assess risk and potential reward on every trade. Being able to select trades that pay enough to be worth the risk is what separates the traders from the former traders and trader wannabes.

Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 500 Large Cap Index for the stocks with the best technical indicators and charts. First I sorted the index for new high frequency in the lat month then skipped over the stock that didn't have positive gains in the last week and month.
