Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 400 Mid Cap Index stocks to find the stocks with the most frequent new highs in the last month and I was surprised how may REITs were at the top of the list.

The Chart of the Day is Cross Timber Royalty Trust (CRT). I found the stock on the Signals Top Performer list and then used the Flipchart feature to review the charts. Since the Trend Spotter signaled a buy on 3/25 the stock gained 10.42%.
