Today I used Barchart to screen the All Time New High list to find the stocks that hit the most frequent new highs in the last month. The list includes Bellatrix Exploration (BXE), Alliance Holdings (AHGP), Clayton Williams Energy (CWEI), Dynegy (DYN) and Novartis AG (NVS)

CWEI is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the exploration for and development and production of oil and natural gas. Since the Trend Spotter signaled a buy on 2/5 the stock is up 70.72%.
