With the stock market on a tear, closing up five straight weeks in a row, many dividend bloggers have begun to echo the sentiment about finding relative bargains again.

December E-mini S&Ps (ESZ14 +0.10%) this morning are up +0.11% and European stocks are up +0.47% after better-than-expected China Oct exports signal signs of strength in the global economy.

September E-mini S&Ps (ESZ14 unch) this morning are down -0.01% and European stocks are up +0.02% as the markets await U.S. retail sales data for Aug later today.

As a dividend growth investor I am always on the lookout for new investing opportunities.

A basic investment concept is to that high quality stocks fare better in down markets than low quality stocks, and therefore in late stages of a Bull market with generally fully valued stocks, tilting equity allocations toward high quality is prudent.
